My konrad instructions
1. Log in to the Mein konrad app
2. Open map and select rental bike
3. Start bike engine (button at top of display)
4. Open the bike lock via the app
5. To park: close the lock via the app
6. End of rental:
- City bike only at city bike stations or cargo bike only at cargo bike stations.
- E-cargo bike from the suburbs (Litzelstetten-KN33, Dingelsdorf-KN34, Wallhausen-KN35, Dettingen-KN36): only at the same station where it was rented (circular trip).
- konrad from the city area: only at stations in the city area.
7. Make sure the lock is closed!
8. Confirm "Bike returned successfully!" with "ok"! (Only then the rental process is finished!)
9. In the event of damage or questions - call or email the hotline:
E-cargo bike battery
Update the current battery charge level in the "Bike returned successfully!" return dialog: Transfer the number of bars from the display to the app (buttons – / +). Following users will be greatful!
