1. Register/Login
• Register for free with a valid e-mail address and a secure password.
• Confirm e-mail address and cell phone number with code sent by e-mail and SMS respectively.
• Enter valid means of payment.
• Log in with access data.
2. Rent a Bike
• Select station at "Bike locations" or enter bike id at "Select bike".
• First "Reserve/Rent", then "Start rental & open lock".
• NOTE: If the lock does not open, end the rental that has already started and report the defect!
• Turn on e-assistance (press button at top of display).
3. Park Bike
• First "Close lock", then "Park bike".
• Wait for confirmation: "Lock is closed"!
• NOTE: rental with costs continues.
• "Open lock" to continue driving.
4. End Rental
• Only possible at our rental bike stations. Bike that only allows circular ride: exclusively at the same station where it was rented.
• First "Close lock", then "End rental".
• If necessary, update battery level: Transmit number of bars from handlebar display to app (- / +). Subsequent users will thank!
• IN ANY CASE: Wait for confirmation "Rental is terminated"!
